| Decisions: Those who apply for membership have to be past age 18.The membership will be done by paying the fees that are decided from the managing staff and the president of the organization.Those who are member of other Eurovision related and affiliated organizations can be accepted as OGAE Albania member, if they want to. The membership fee. All members with no exceptions of functions have to pay a fee to OGAE Albania. The amount is 25 Euro yearly. The payment is made every year in the dates decided from the club. The payment is made through bank transfers and costs (if there is any) are paid from the member. The collected money is for the budget of OGAE Albania. This money are used for possible expenses such as: Internet, the club newspaper, club account maintenances, parties and meetings (in case of a party other fees can be evolved), cost of postal mail, translations, inventory and much more. | Rregullat: Per tu antaresuar ne kete organizate, duhet qe personi ne fjale te kete mbushur moshen 18 vjec.Antaresimi behet kundrejt pageses te caktuar dhe miratuar nga bordi drejtues, gjithashtu me miratimin e presidentit te organizates.Personat te cilet jane te antarsuar ne organizata te tjera te Eurovizionit, kane gjithashtu te drejte te antaresohen te OGAE Albania nese personi e deshiron kete gje. Pagesa e caktuar per antaresim. Cdo antar, pamvaresisht nga funksioni i tij, duhet qe te paguaje nje shume parash kontribut per OGAE Albania. Shuma eshte 25 Euro ne vit. Pagesa kryhet cdo vit ne datat e caktuara nga klubi. Pagesa behet nepermjet transferimit bankar dhe shpenzimet e transferimit (nese ka) i paguan antari.Parate e mbledhura nga antaret jane per buxhetin e OGAE Albania. Keto para jane per shpenzimet e ndryshme, si per shembull: Internet, revista e klubit, pagesat per llogarine e klubit, organizime festash dhe mbledhjesh (ne raste festash, do te vendoset per nje pagese e caktuar per rastin), shpenzimet e shumta postale,inventar,perkthime etj..
